Other ways to help our school.....

Market Day

Market Day is a monthly food sales program from which we earn a percentage of the profit from orders by our school families and parish members.  For over 30 years Market Day has been providing convenient, healthy foods at a value for families and raising funds for schools.  Orders can be placed through monthly order forms distributed in the red school folders and available at each church location.  Online ordering is also available at www.marketday.com.  Market Day pick-up occurs on one Thursday every month from 3-4pm in the school cafeteria.  For more information, please contact JoAnn Walker, 764-0089 or Tina McNamara, 570-1215.

Need to stock up on Market Day items in between sales dates?  Looking for a quick dessert item?  Look no further than the Sara Lee Outlet Store on 27th Street about 2 blocks north of I-894!  Once registered in the store as a Market Day participant, 5% of your purchases (this includes Market Day items as well as all Sara Lee products sold in the store) will go to Divine Mercy through the Market Day program.  Yes, the store stocks and sells Market Day items along with their discounted Sara Less products.  All you have to do when you check out is identify that your purchase is "Market Day".  The store clerk will ask for your telephone number, enter it into the computer and "voila" your purchase is automatically recorded and credited to Divine Mercy.  Registration is easy!  Just let the clerk know you need to register, and they will do that right at the time of purchase (the store has a listing of all the schools participating in Market Day--just remember "Divine Mercy" is the one you want registered to your purchases).

General Mills Box Tops for Education

The families and parishioners collect and place in the designated "Box Tops" containers found in the school and churches.  We are able to send them in for redemption.  Click here to view the list on the General Mills web site.

Campbell's Soup Labels - Labels for Education Program

Campbell soup products have specially marked UPC labels which our school can collect and redeem from a catalog of items.  Generally, teachers pick from this for their classroom. Some of the Products eligible for redemption through the Labels for Education program include Campbell's® soups, SpaghettiOs® pasta, Pepperidge Farm® products (including Goldfish® crackers), Swanson® broths, V-8® beverages and Prego® pasta sauce, 26 varieties Campbell's® soups, all Campbell's® microwaveable soups, all V8 Splash® beverages, Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Crackers and Campbell's® Supper Bakes® Meal Kits are worth 5 points each!  Click here to view the list on the Cambell's web site.

McDonald's Receipts

Be sure ask for your receipt at McDonalds and give them to us for redemption.  We can buy items such as office supplies, art supplies, music items, play ground equipment. It is very similar to the Campbell's soup labels.

Pick 'N Save

Divine Mercy is enrolled with Pick 'N Save's We Care program. Pick 'N Save donates 2.5 million dollars to various charities. The amount that is received by Divine Mercy is dependant upon the number of people enrolled and the dollars each person spends. Pick 'N Save then donates on a quarterly basis to the home and school. Make sure your Pick 'N Save card has Divine Mercy (school code #750000) as its school of choice.

Target Credit Card

Use your Target® Visa® or Target® Red Card and designate our school to receive a donation 1% of all your purchases as part of the Take Charge of Education® Program.  Just visit Target.com or call 1-800-316-6142 and designate our school code 17149.

Kemps/Golden Guernsey

Kemps and Gold Guernsey give us 5 cents for each item in their product line. We turn this in during various times through out the year.  Cleaned milk caps can be placed in the school collection box in the lobby area of Church.

Family Night Out

We have a night out once a month where a restaurant gives Home and School a percent of that night's sales. Watch the parish bulletin or the announcement in the weekly red folders for the schedule.
