Treasure Our Tots Christian Preschool and Child Care Center is dedicated to creating an environment  that nurtures and develops each child's potential through:

Educational Development

• Children will be involved in direct hands on experiences with people, objects, ideas and events. 

• Children will be exposed to experiences that guide their intellectual, physical and social/emotional development.
   

Social and Emotional Development

• Children will be involved in making plans and expressing choices. 

• They will be actively involved in making plans and solving problems, expressing and understanding feelings, while being sensitive to others' feelings, interests and needs. 

• The skill of building relationships with children and adults create an experience of collaborative play while developing strategies for dealing with social conflict.

Daily Schedules

• Each day, children will alternate between structured and unstructured times. 

• The day follows a similar schedule of events providing consistency for both children and adults. 

• The schedule is designed to allow children to pursue their own interests,
  make plans and follow through with them. 

• During small group, children reflect on their peers and adults.

• Weekly lesson plans are posted in each classroom to keep the parents up to date on scheduled activities.
