Wisconsin Catholic Youth Rally

January 29, 2021
By Jessica Lemoine

Hey y'all!

This week in classes, we talked about St. Thomas Aquinas and letting your light shine in kindergarten through 2nd grade. In 3rd through 8th grade, we either talked about in persona Christi or the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit. The split is because I see half those classes before their Mass on Wednesday and the other half after their Mass.

I have some exciting news on the youth group front! I'm pleased to announce that we will be virtually attending the Wisconsin Catholic Youth Rally as a group on the morning of March 13th! We'll all gather in the gym at Divine Mercy School where we can safely social distance. The morning will include praise and worship, praying the Rosary, talks, and Eucharistic Adoration. This is a wonderful opportunity for you guys to jumpstart your faith life and reconnect with the Divine Mercy Youth Ministry community. All 6-12th graders are invited, and parents are welcome too! If you'd like more details, you can find them at the DMYM Events page.

I know that some of you are scared to come back. I want you to know that your concerns are valid. That being said, we are doing everything in our power to keep you safe. If you have any desire to come to this event, I invite you to take a leap of faith and join us.

That's all for now! Know of my prayers for you and your families, and please keep me and this ministry in yours.

Peace of Christ,

Miss Jessica
